Login problems are most often due to one of the following:
- Your email address is incorrect. Each user must have a unique email address.

- Our email has been routed to your spam or junk folder
- Emails in your spam or junk folder have been deleted (may happen when using Microsoft Outlook or Gmail) and you did not see it.
- If your password is rejected click “forgot password” and reset your password
- Please check your user name – it is the email address you used to signed up.
- Try rebooting your computer, often it does the trick.
After completion of the workshop, you will be able to access a Certificate of Completion via your course dashboard. If you do not receive it, visit SensoryToolsUSA.freshdesk.com and click “New Support Ticket” so that we can send one to you by email
TERMS OF USE
By purchasing a license to access this online course from Sensory Tools, you are confirming that you accept and agree to the conditions of this license agreement for an online course.
1) The audio, video, and written materials are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced without written permission from Sensory Tools. The license to watch and/or listen to a Sensory Tools online course and view the associated written material extends only to the person who pays the registration fee.
2) Although a company, organization, or some other entity may provide the funds to purchase a license from Sensory Tools, this license is solely for one individual person. If a company, organization, or other entity wishes to access Sensory Tools courses, Sensory Tools and that company, organization, or other entity must enter into a separate license agreement.
3) Written materials may be printed in advance for your use during the course or may be viewed while listening to and/or viewing our courses. Materials are provided in PDF format. You must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to view the written materials. The written materials are available by clicking on a link after you log in to view the course.
4) Your access codes (user name and password, above) cannot be used by more than one person. This course is authorised and licensed to you for your singular personal and professional viewing only. We would like to thank you in advance for kindly honouring this personal and professional code surrounding your licensing agreement.
5) Broadband connection to the internet (minimum 256K speed) and/or mobile data access is required. Your license fee is non-refundable even if you are not able to access this Sensory Tools online course because of Internet or computer incompatibility or related problem, or because the consistency or quality of Sensory Tools's online courses is affected by Internet or computer incompatibility, Internet outage or interruption, service provider interruption (including service providers contracted by Sensory Tools to deliver its online courses), or related problems.
6) You will receive a link to download a certificate of attendance when you complete the course. If you do not complete the online course before the course closes, you will not receive a completion certificate. We will not extend the course or refund your registration payment if you do not complete the course in time.
7) No refunds will be given for any reason. Sensory Tools retains the right to immediately terminate this license, without the need to refund any fees to you and without any prior notice to you, if you violate any term or condition of this license agreement. The information, products, and services included in or available through Sensory Tools may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In no event will Sensory Tools be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this material.
8) The failure or delay of Sensory Tools to exercise any of its rights under this license agreement or upon any breach of this license agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights or of the breach. If any provision of this license agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this license agreement will remain in full force and effect. The foregoing license gives you limited license to use a Sensory Tools course or seminar. Sensory Tools retains all rights, title and interest, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to, Sensory Tools course material.
9) This license agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. All rights not specifically granted in this license agreement, including Federal and International Copyrights, are reserved by Sensory Tools.
